Our Story

Ed: Formerly Sous chef at Alta Bistro, Ed introduced a bread programme and so became known locally for delicious handmade organic sourdough.

Tash: An English teacher and plant-based cook. They share a love of good old-fashioned fun stuff, respect for all living beings, oh, and bread puns!
