Description
A classic everyday loaf: wheat (whole wheat/red spring wheat/bread flour), whole rye, whole spelt with Vancouver Island Salt and Whistler water. Naturally leavened and 100% organic. This loaf is rolled in sesame and poppy seeds. This loaf comes unsliced and in a brown paper bag, it can be sliced, plastic wrapped and freezes well or will keep fresh for three to four days in a sealed container.
