The 2023 Blanc de Blancs from Glimmer Wine shines with fine lemon and pale green hues in the glass. Generous aromatic complexity with notes of fresh green apple, orange blossom, peach, lavender, apricot and muddled lemon, and has a delicate mousse of small, uniform bubbles. It delivers a balanced mid-body experience, where the cooler vintage’s acidity keep the palate fresh and vibrant.
Stainless steel ferment, no oak aging for a fresh, crisp style. De-alcoholized using a proprietary reverse osmosis system to maintain maximum aromatics and texture. Bottled in beautiful Penticton, BC.
