Description
Every Sunday, we make a feature country sourdough loaf which contains a rotating sprouted grain or seed: buckwheat, khorasan, rye, spelt, triticale, or something different incorporated through the dough.
Sprouting grains and seeds unlocks much more nutrition and improves digestibility, making for a more wholesome bread with extra texture in terms of chewy little grains with every bite. The grains add more subtle flavours too adding to the tasting experience.
