Description
Every Sunday, we make a feature country sourdough loaf which contains a rotating sprouted grain or seed: buckwheat, rye, spelt, triticale, or something different incorporated through the dough.
Sprouting grains and seeds unlocks much more nutrition and improves digestibility, making for a more wholesome bread with a bit of extra texture.
Available Sundays only, except for the Holiday season when we make the Festive sourdough every day.
